Artistically, Jani is fascinated with color, and inspired by spiritual connection, synchronicity and energy. Deeply intuitive, and highly sensitive, when photographing, she attempts to capture the essence of the soul in her imagery. An avid beachcomber, she collects shells, pebbles and rocks from around the world because she feels they are vessels of energy and beauty from many different times and places. She is an artist by calling and her current mediums are painting and photography. She is always learning and makes a conscious effort to explore new ideas and study new things. She finds her greatest inspiration through meditative practice.

More about feng shui:
Feng shui was developed in China more than 3,000 years ago. Feng shui means, literally, "wind water", as in Chinese culture these things are associated with good health and good fortune. The ancient art of feng shui focuses on arranging the environment so that energy or "chi" flows gently and smoothly through a space.
(Chi, or Qi, is translated as "life energy", "life force", or "energy flow").

Koi fish are popular in outdoor koi ponds or water gardens. Koi are popular subject matter for tattoos as symbolically they stand for abundance, wealth, prosperity, peace and luck.
