Purple and pink companions stretch toward the sun from their cozy garden bed, greeting the day. I find one of the best ways to center myself throughout the day is to fill my living and work spaces with vibrant color. Reds, oranges, yellows, greens, blues and violets -- the full rainbow spectrum lifts my heart and soul.

I find one of the best meditation techniques for me is to paint, to create color art as part of my own mind meditation. To create this rainbow colored flower art painting, I started with a photo of I captured during a walk to connect with the energy of nature. Later, as part of my mindful meditation practice, I created a modern art painting from the photo and then digitally layered and massaged abstract color over color until the piece was complete. I signed with love in the lower left corner. :) Now I offer this art for sale to those looking for mood lifting...
