I find one of the best relaxation techniques for me is to paint, to create color art as part of my own mind meditation. To create this rainbow colored mixed media batik painting flower art, I started with a photo of I captured during a walk to connect with the energy of nature. Later, as part of my mindful meditation practice, I created a modern art painting from the photo and then digitally incorporated some of my favorite batik textiles, layering and massaging abstract color over color until the piece was complete. I signed with love in the lower right corner. :) Now I offer this art for sale to those looking for relaxation techniques themselves, or a way to practice their own relaxation meditation.
Artistically, Jani is fascinated with color, and inspired by spiritual connection, synchronicity and energy. An energy intuitive, she captures the essence of energy in her imagery. An avid beachcomber and rock hound, she collects shells, rocks and crystals from around the world because they are vessels of energy and wisdom from many different times and places. Jani has been able to feel the energy of people, places and organic treasures her entire life.
